Shipping policy

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon, while a small portion is dispatched directly from our warehouse nearby. Please note that, due to the nature of international shipping, tracking is not available until the package arrives at domestic customs. Once it reaches domestic customs, it can be tracked.

Regular orders are shipped internationally within 2 weeks, can arrive at domestic customs within 6 days, and are usually delivered domestically within 3 days.
