Refund policy

This site conducts sales through Shopify.com, and personal information and payments are handled accordingly. Cancellation fees may apply for this reason, and a simple refund request will incur a minimum fee of 3.7% (Stripe fee).
Regular orders can be shipped within 2 weeks, but if shipping is delayed beyond 2 weeks, a cancellation request will be fully refunded.
